PAST

Taylor hatched and grew up in the Nook where he spent his childhood and some years of his adulthood, too. As a wingling he was very interested in arts, especially painting, and finger painted very frequently. Since it was something he liked to do and was rather good at, Taylor always imagined himself as an artist. Painting the interior of rooms was an idea that appealed to him the most. His interest in sewing was sparked when a friend teasingly suggested he should try tailoring instead, as a pun on his name. To his surprise though Taylor found himself enjoying the work quite a lot, and thus started to shift his interest to designing and sewing clothes.


PERSONALITY

If you need somebody to chat or exchange gossip with, Taylor is your guy. He is a very social wyngro who talks pretty much all the time and never gets tired of hearing - and of course commenting on - interesting stories from others. Often he will ask customers how their day went, what they had for breakfast, if they heard of the newest trends from Antova. His outgoing and cheerful personality makes him easy to talk to; the only problem being that sometimes he talks so much others don't have a chance to say a word. If you're a pretty lady you might also find yourself being flirted with. Taylor can also be quite teasing, in a friendly manner, although he finds it hard to judge how far he can go before hurting others.
When it comes to his work Taylor believes that interaction is the best way to succeed. He will exchange ideas with his clients and listen carefully to their wishes, but will do his best to make the pieces as original and individual as possible while staying true to the customer's demands. When he is sewing he tends to become a perfectionist, not laying a hand off his work until it looks flawless. He openly prides himself in his work, getting very protective and sensitive about others ruining it.
Despite being so energetic and high-spirited, Taylor actually feels rather lonely deep down. He feels left out to some degree, and in any case feels like he doesn't have truly deep connections to other wyngrew. Due to this he likes to be where there are a lot of other wyngrew around, which is usually his shop or somewhere near the town square.

• When stressed or in thought, Taylor is prone to tapping his feet rapidly
• While he doesn't like when his workspace is messy, he doesn't like it to be too tidy either
• Doesn't take anything seriously, except his work maybe
• He speaks with a british accent, but his work choice is often more american
• Not wearing clothes as a tailor might look a bit weird, but he thinks that they get in the way when working. He also prefers to draw attention to his creations, not himself

This was the other idea I had, and funnily enough he is not a type of character I own myself, even though he is the energetic type (which I use waaaay too often) xD
Although the idea came to me way more randomly I almost think he ended up turning out better than Barny?? XDD idek
